4 T. cocoa
2 sticks of butter
1 C. water
2 C. flour
1 t. soda
2 C. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1/2 C. sour milk (may sour milk by adding 1/2 t. vinegar to milk)


Frosting:
1 1/2 C. sugar
6 T. milk
6 T. butter
1/2 C. chocolate chips

Batter:
Beat cake ingredients well. Bake on greased and floured jelly roll pan in the middle of the oven. 350º for 20-25 minutes.

Frosting:
Boil sugar, milk, and butter for 1 minute. Add chocolate chips and mix until melted. Spread on bars immediately.
