15 medium red potatoes
Milk (just enough to moisten)
1 16 oz. carton sour cream
2 c. mozzarella graded cheese (bag or fresh)
2 c. cheddar graded cheese (bag or fresh)
1 bunch green onions
Lawrys seasoned salt to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Preheat oven to 350.

Leaving skin on, cut potatoes and boil until tender. Drain and put in a bowl. Add a little milk (don't want potatoes to get runny) and carton of sour cream. Mash potatoes until they are a bit lumpy. Add cheese (leaving some for top of potatoes) onions and seasoning to taste. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 20-30 minutes.
