5 Lebanese Breads
1/2 kg of minced lamb
1 large onion - chopped
1 large capsicum - chopped
1 small chilli [optional] - chopped
salt and pepper to taste
baking paper to wrap around each bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.
Spread some of the mixture on half of each bread, fold the other half of the bread to cover the mix, brush the bread with butter, then wrap tight with the baking paper, place on a baking tray , bake in the oven 200c for about 40 minutes or until the meat is tender.
