1 lb. carrots (about 6)
1/2 c. onions (chopped)
1 clove garlic
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
cottage cheese
Salt, Pepper, Paprika to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and cook carrots. Drain. Saute onions and garlic. To 2/3 cups mayonnaise, add sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, and cottage cheese. Place in a greased pan, top with crackers and dot with butter. Bake at 350º for 30 to 30 minutes.
