2 c. cooked chicken breasts (chopped in 1/2 inch pieces)
2 c. celery (chopped)
1/2 c. onions (minced)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. sliced green olives
1/2 c.cheddar cheese (grated)
1 c. potato chips (crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, celery, onion, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add almonds, olives and cheese. Spray 9"x13" pan and spread mixture. Top with potato chips. Bake at 375 for 20 to 30 minutes.
