2 eggs beaten
2 T. melted butter
2 T. cornstarch
3/4 cup sugar
dash of cinnamon
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (packing in own juice)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add sugar and cornstarch. Mix well. Add melted margarine, pineapple and cinnamon. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 1.5 hours.
