2 16oz package Sausage (cooked, drained & crumbled)
12 eggs-can mix eggs and eggbeaters
4 cups milk-lowfat
2 tsp. salt-lite salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese-2%
12 slices WHITE bread – cubed
2/3 cup red or green pepper, chopped
˝ cup finely shredded onions

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well, add milk, salt & mustard – mix well
Fold in sausage, pepper/onions cheese & bread.
13x9 baking dish –spray with Pam
REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT-Bake 350 for 55 minutes
