2 (9-oz.) pkgs. instant NO SUGAR vanilla pudding
2 c. 2% milk
1 c. mashed, cooked pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, whisk pudding and milk until
smooth.
Fold in pumpkin and spice. Stir until well
blended.
Pour into pie shell and refrigerate until served. Spread sugar free Cool-Whip on pie just before serving, if desired.
