Directions:
In a medium size saucepan boil pasta in rolling water with 1 tsp. salt until al pasta starts to become tender. Drain pasta really well then return to original pan. Cut about 6 1/2 inch thick slices of the velveeta cheese into the pasta, about 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 1/4 tsp. salt, then pour in milk until you can start to see the milk come up through the pasta. Stir all the ingredients together and simmer on LOW heat with a lid on, until all contents have mixed and combined.

At our house we also sometimes top with a little shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs, bake on 350 until cheese melts then serve with fresh garden peas and Grandma's Blackened Pork Chops, kids love it.
