4 to 5 lbs of broccoli, cut into florets
5 tbls. olive oil
!/4 c. lemon juice
lemon zest
8 garlic cloves, sliced
3/4 c. parmesan
3-4 tbls. roasted pine nuts
kosher salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli into florets--for large ones, score stalk. Toss broccoli with olive oil and garlic, add salt and pepper and spread on foil wrapped cookie sheet. Roast at 425 degrees until brown spots appear on florets, about 25 minutes. Toss with a little more olive oil, lemon juice and zest, pine nuts and parmesan to serve.
