2 lb. red seedless grapes
2 lb. green seedless grapes
8 oz. light cream cheese
8 oz. light sour cream
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 cup sugar or Splenda

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and sugar.
Add grapes. Stir and refrigerate.

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. stick margarine

Preheat oven 250 degrees. Melt margarine and
mix with brown sugar. Add almonds and pecans
Place mixture on greased cookie sheet and bake
1 hr. or until mixture caramelizes. Cool and
crumble on top of salad just before serving.
