6 slices white or whole wheat bread
2 cups milk
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup coconut grated
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 stick margarine (melted)
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs well beaten
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Break bread into small pieces, add to milk in bowl and soak. Crush break, squeeze well. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Grease casserole with margarine or butter. Pour in pudding. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until very firm. Serve with whipped cream topping if desired.
