1/2 lb. bacon slices
3 lb. ground beef
3 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup finely chopped celery
2 beef bouillon cubes
2/3 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cup catsup
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 (29 oz) cans Molasses style baked beans
1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
3 T. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 in Dutch oven, or large roasting pan. Fry bacon until crisp; set aside. Drain fat from pan. In same pan, cook and stir ground beef, onion and celery until meat is brown, and onions are tender. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water, stir bouillon and remaining ingredients into meat mixture. Cover and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Crumble bacon over top.

Because ground beef varies in content, sum may wish to drain excess fat after browning meat.
