2 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 lb. New York State sharp cheese, grated
1 large onion, grated
Salt to taste
Dash Red Pepper
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheeses and onion by hand. Add salt and pepper. Mix again. Refrigerate several hours. Shape into ball. Roll in parsley and nuts. Sprinkle with paprika.
May be frozen.
