Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Lay out chicken pieces and quartered peeled potatoes in glass baking dish. Sprinkle oil on top of chicken and potatoes making sure to cover all.

Then cover all with soy sauce. Then season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Soy sauce has salt, so use salt sparingly. Bake for 45-55 minutes at 450. Turn chicken and potatoes after 30 minutes.
