Ingredients:  
6-8 boneless chicken breasts, deboned and chunked (leave meat in large pieces)
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 roll of Ritz crackers
1 stick of margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in bottom of casserole dish. Mix sour cream, and both soups together. Pour mixture over chicken. Crumble ritz crackers over the top, melt and drizzle margarine over crumbs.

Bake at 350 until hot and bubble. Serve over rice.
