1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 T. lemon juice
2 lb. fish fillets
salt and pepper
1/4 cup chopped parsley, basil or oregano
1 lemon or lime, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and lemon juice; dip each fish fillet in butter mixture, and arrange in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper, and parsley. Arrange lemon slices over fillets. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
