1 Can Water
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Cumin
Dash Salt
Dash Pepper
Velveeta Cheese, 2 lb box

Directions:
Directions:
In Sauce Pan, heat Rotel, Water, and Spices, Boil 10 minutes and then add cheese, Cook 10 min being careful that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
