5 or 6 lbs potatoes
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
8 oz package cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
Pepper (to taste)
garlic salt (to taste)
shredded cheese (cheddar or choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until done, drain. Cut potatoes in half length wise. Scoop out potato and put in mixing bowl. Place left over skins on cookie sheet.
With potato in mixing bowl add all other ingredients and mix with hand mixer.
With a spoon scoop out potato and place back into skins. Bake at 350º for 1/2 hour. 5 minutes before ready, sprinkle with shredded cheese on top to melt.
