1/2 Cup chopped onions
1/2 Cup chopped celery
1/2 Cup chopped bell pepper
2 bags of success Rice
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of cream of chicken
1 large jar of cheez Wiz
1 frozen bag or 2 boxes of frozen broccoli (chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the rice according to package. Thaw out the broccoli. Saute the chopped onions, bell per and celery in a little olive oil. When done, add the cream cans of mushroom and chicken to the veggies. Melt the cheese in the micro and combine with the prepared rice, broccoli, cheese and veggies. Cook in the oven at 375º until it looks golden brown
