3 cups diced ham 1/3 cup milk 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 can cream of celery soup 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 T. butter 3 cups sliced potatoes salt to taste pepper to taste paprika
Heat oven to 375º. Brown onions and ham in butter. Blend in soup, milk, and 3/4 cup cheese; add salt and pepper to taste. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole arranging in layers of potatoes, ham, and sauce, finishing with potatoes. Sprinkle with remaining ham and a little paprika. Bake 1 hour uncovered.
