4 cups hot water
2 cups macaroni
3 T. flour
4 T. margarine
2 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
2 cups grated cheese, divided use
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in hot water until done; drain. Combine flour and margarine over heat, then add milk. Cook until thickened, then add 1 1/2 cups cheese and cook until melted. Pour macaroni into greased 9x13 baking dish, then cover with cheese sauce. Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese over macaroni and bake in a 350 oven about 15 minutes, or until cheese melts and is bubbly
