1 small can of water packed tuna or salmon drained
4 large potatoes cooked and mashed
2 shallots finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped parsley
4 diced cherry tomatoes
1 small can corn kernels drained

Directions:
Directions:
Add tuna or salmon chunks to the mashed potato. Add shallots, parsley,tomatoes and corn kernels. Mix thoroughly into small balls into the size of a small walnut. Cook quickly in oiled fry pan until golden brown, turning from time to time. Allow to cool before serving.
