1-9" Deep Pie Crust
1- Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
1- Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1-Cup Diced Crab Meat
1-Cup Diced Shrimp
2-Stalks Celery Diced
1-Small Onion Diced
8-Eggs
1-Cup Heavy Cream
1-Cup Milk
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper or any Red Pepper Flakes
2-Medium Tomatoes Seeded and Diced (set a side)

Preheat oven to 350º. Place the pie crust into a deep dish pie pan. Place half of the cheese in piecrust. Top with crab and shrimp. Top with remaining cheese. Beat eggs slightly in a large bowl. Beat in the remaining ingredients. Poor over seafood and cheese. Bake 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with an additional small amount of cheese if desired. Let stand 10 minutes. Sprinkle top with diced tomatoes. Cut into wedges.
