1 pkg. jimmy dean sausage
10 eggs
3 Cups milk
1 tsp salt
6 cups cubed bread
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C. tiny green onions
l medium tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Oven to 325. In large skillet, cook sausage, stirring frequently. In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.Distribute half the bread evenly in buttered 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with half the cheese, sausage tomato and onions..Pour egg mixture evenly over casserole. Bake uncovered to 1 hour. or until eggs are set.
