1/3 Cup butter, softened
l package 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 Cup sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tsp. orange juice
1 tsp. almond extract
l1/4 Cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 3/4 Cups l0 oz.mounds coconut flakes

Directions:
Beat butter, cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until well blended, add egg yolk. orange juice and extract. Stir together flour, baking powder. gradually add to butter mix., beating until well blended. Stir in 3 cups coconut. refrigerate 1 hour.

Heat oven to 350º Shape dough into 1 inch balls. roll balls in remaining 3/4 cup coconut. place in cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes or until browned.
