1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 cups salted cashew halves
Frosting:
1 cup butter
6 Tbsp. light cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar; beat in eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and stir in cashew halves. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Frost.
For frosting, in a small saucepan brown butter then remove from heat and add cream and vanilla. Beat in powdered sugar. Top with a cashew.
