2 large cans of chicken broth
1 Cup of tomato Salsa
1 Cup tomato stripes
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 Cup chopped Cilantro
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Cups diced boiled chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Boil about 4 boneless chicken breasts. When cooked it will yield about 2 Cups.

In large saucepan, pour in broth, salsa, tomatoes, salt and cumin.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Mix in the cilantro and lime juice. Now add chicken. Season to taste. When cooked pour into tortilla chips and add monterey jack cheese.
