2 cups sugar
11/2 Cup can Pumpkin
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Cups Flour
11/2 cup oil
4 eggs

Directions:
Mix and pour into a greased pan 9x13. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

Frosting: 1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp.vanilla
Beat until creamy. add pecans if desired
