3 cups sugar
31/2 Cups Flour
1/2 C buttermilk
1 cup Crisco
1/2 Tsp.vanilla
4 eggs
6 ripe bananas
1 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Oven at 350º. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda in large bowl. next mix in another bowl, buttermilk, crisco, eggs and vanilla. Mix until creamy. Pour into dry ingredients, mix well. Smash the bananas and add to the mix. Add pecans. Pour into buttered and floured loaf pan.
