1 lb. lean, chopped beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 bell peppers, coarsely chopped (I use red ones)
salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 medium, mild Jalapeño pepper, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 small can beef consommé'
about 12 oz. macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Add the chopped beef to an oiled skillet and cook until browned. Add all the other ingredients and slowly cook until the pepper is tender. Meanwhile, boil the water for the macaroni. ( A medium to large size elbow macaroni is best.) When the meat mixture is done, remove and set aside. Cook the macaroni; when ready, add to the meat mixture, and stir to combine.
