2 large chicken breasts, halved
1 large jar sliced pimentos
1 T. butter
1 tsp. olive oil
1 cup dry white wine
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a large skillet, add the olive oil. When hot, add the chicken breasts, seasoned to taste. Brown on both sides. Cook until almost done. Remove the chicken and set aside. Add the wine to the skillet and stir up any browned pieces. Let the liquid cool to just warm; add heavy cream. Mix to combine, then add the pimentos. Cook slowly to combine, then add the chicken. Cook slowly until chicken is completely done.
