1 egg
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 lb. rhubarb cut into 1/2" pieces (3 cups)
1 pint fresh strawberries, halved

3/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. quick cooking or rolled oats
1/2 c. cold butter or margarine

In mixing bowl, beat egg. Add sugar, flour, and vanilla. Mix well. Gently fold in rhubarb and strawberries. Pour into crust. For topping, combine flour, brown sugar, and oats in a small bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie. Bake at 425
for 35 minutes with edges covered and an additional 25 minutes uncovered.
