1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 c ketchup
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1pkg. corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, onion, salt, chili powder and ketchup in skillet. Saute until browned. Push meat to edge of skillet and spread drained corn in center. Mix muffin batter as directed on pkg and pour evenly over meat and corn. Bake @ 425 for 20-25 min.or until muffin layer is done. Remove from oven and let stand 5 min. Turn onto a plate.
