1 lb. tortellini pasta stuffed with cheese
1 lb. artificial crab meat
2 (8 oz.) boxes frozen snow peas
2 (8 oz.) boxes frozen asparagus pieces
1 large red bell pepper
1 large Vidalia onion, chopped
2 tsp. chopped garlic
1 (8 oz.) bottle Paul Newman Olive Oil and Vinegar Salad dressing
Plum tomatoes, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta. Drain and rinse gently in cold water.
Combine pasta with dressing, onion and garlic. Add thawed snow peas and asparagus. Clean red pepper and slice in thin strips. Add crab to pasta and vegetables and refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with sliced plum tomatoes.
