1-2 lbs ground beef
1 onion
3-4 potatoes
2 cups elbow pasta (or other desired kind)
1 can whole kernel corn
1 large can Tomato Juice (V8 for spicier)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Garlic Salt to taste

Brown ground beef, drain and set aside. In large stockpot, combine Juice, potatoes and onions and seasonings. Add drained hamburger and corn. When potatoes are fork tender, add pasta til tender. Serve

This broth is best if cooked for hours. A meal to set on the stove early Sunday morning and serve for supper. But can be served as soon as potatoes are done. You can also add carrots to this soup. Also great for left overs the next day.
