l bag torn spinach
1 bag torn romaine lettuce
1 cup cubed or crumbled feta cheese
1/2 thinly sliced red onion
1/2 lb. fried bacon
8-12 oz. shredded swiss cheese
DRESSING:
3/4 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/2 tsp. yellow mustard
1/2 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Layer spinach, romaine, cheeses, onion, and bacon.
Toss with dressing just before serving.
