3 large cucumbers 1 medium onion 1 1/2 cup cream or 1/2 and 1/2 2 Tbsp vinegar Paprika and allspice to taste
Peel and slice cucumber. Slice onion very thin. Put in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons salt. Let stand about one hour. Squeeze juice out of cucumbers. Mix dressing and pour over cucumbers. The amount of vinegar, paprika and allspice are pretty much to taste.
