2 pkgs. Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice
3 1/2 cups cooked and cubed chicken
1/2 cup chopped green onions, tops included
1 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup green grapes, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions and cool. Combine chicken, onions, celery, pecans, and mayonnaise. Add to rice and season with salt and pepper. Fold in grapes. Refrigerate salad to chill. Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before serving.
