2 egg whites,
Pinch of salt,
1 tsp. vanilla,
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar,
2/3 cup granulated sugar,
1 cup chocolate chips,
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add the cream of tartar, salt, and sugar; beat until stiff. Stir in vanilla, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in oven preheated to 365. Turn the oven off. Leave cookies in oven for at least four hours or overnight.
