2 sticks margarine (melted)
8 tbs cocoa
1 1/2 c. + 2 tbs flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 eggs beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c chopped nuts

Peanut Butter Frosting:

1/3 c peanut butter
3 c confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 - 1/3 c milk

Directions:

Add cocoa to melted margarine and stir until smooth. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased/floured 13 x 9 baking pan and Bake at 375º for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.

These are moist "cake-like" brownies that are also good without frosting or just sprinkled with powdered sugar.
