1 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter (melted and cooled)
1 c. sugar
1 c. plain yogurt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. grated lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, melted butter and sugar. Stir in yogurt. Add dry ingredients until just blended, then fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into greased or paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes.
