10 flour tortillas
3 to 4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 cups grated colby/Jack cheese
1/2 pint real cream
garlic salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion; over medium heat, add Rotel tomatoes, cream cheese, garlic salt and pepper to taste. Fill tortillas with onion mixture and chicken; place in 9x13 pan. Cover with colby/Jack cheese and pour cream over cheese. Bake 30 min. at 350º covered; uncover and bake for 15 minutes more. Serve with rice and salad
