2 lbs. hamburger meat
2 cans Rosarita enchilada sauce
2/3 c. milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans water
2 tsp. crushed red chili peppers
2 Tbsp. diced green chilies
2 handful's of diced white onion
chili powder
flour tortillas
grated Tillamook cheese

Brown the hamburger and drain. Set aside 1/2 and add to the fry pan 2 cans Rosarita© enchilada sauce, milk, cream of mushroom soup, water, crushed red chili peppers, green chilies (canned diced), and white onion. Sprinkle with chili powder to taste. Simmer while you fill the tortillas with ground beef and cheese and roll. Lay the filled tortillas in a 9x13 pan and pour the sauce over them. Top with more cheese and bake at 325º to melt the cheese and serve.

Aunt Frances and Robin submitted this recipe on Roger's behalf. He loved to cook but these were his specialty. I had forgotten about him cooking these and when they submitted this recipe it brought tears to my eyes. Note: Roger passed away on February 11, 2007.
