1 lb ground beef
1 1/4 cups uncooked white rice
1 tsp dried onion
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
1 10 1/2 oz can of beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350. Put ground beef in mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup rice, dried onion, seasoned salt and Italian seasoning. Mix all together. Roll into 8-9 golfball size balls of meat.
Put the rest of the rice in the bottom of the baking dish. Pour in the tomatoes and the beef broth and stir with the spoon. Put the meat balls on top. Cover dish tightly with foil. Bake for about 1 hour.
