5 egg yolks 1 cup sour cream 1 cup white sugar 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 tsp. almond flavoring
Beat egg yolks until thick. Add sour cream, sugar and flour. Blend together and cook in top of double boiler. Stir until thick. Add nuts and flavoring. Can be used between layers of white or chocolate cake.
