3 c. flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 T yeast 2 T olive oil 1 T basil 1 1/2 - 2 c very warm water
Mix all of the ingredients until a ball forms. Start with 1 1/2 c water and add more if the dough is dry. Cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down and let rise a second time. You are now ready to make your pizza.
