Ingredients:
Ingredients:
24 Rhodes Dinner Rolls (thawed but still cold)
1/2 of one small box (not instant) butterscotch pudding mix
apprx. 1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter (can use margarine but butter produces a better flavor on these)
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Spray bundt pan with butter flavor non-stick cooking spray. Cut each of the rolls in half and roll in the butterscotch pudding mix. Arrange rolls in pan sprinkling pecans on them as you go. Sprinkle remaining pudding mix over the top of the rolls. Combine brown sugar and butter and heat until butter melts and it forms a syrup. Stir well, then pour over the rolls. Spray a piece of plastic (like saran) wrap with the cooking spray and cover the rolls with the wrap.
Let rise until doubled in size or even with the top of the bundt pan. Remove wrap and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, covering with foil for the last 15 minutes or so of baking time. Do not underbake. When done, immediately invert onto serving plate or platter (or you'll have fun trying to get them out of the pan).
