1/2 to 1 head green cabbage
1/2 to whole onion, chopped
salt
pepper
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 . Clean outer leaves off cabbage and core. Cut in wedges, enough for 1 wedge per person. Coat in olive oil and place on foil lined pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, garlic powder. Add the onion and mix in gently. Cook covered with foil for about 25 to 30 minutes, then remove foil and broil until beginning to brown.
