Ingredients:

2 cups of kokuho rose rice
2 cups of sweet rice (or long grain rice)
2 cups of chicken broth
1 chicken breast (diced up)
2 stocks of buck choi (cut up)
4 green onions (diced up)
1 yellow onion (diced up)
1/2 cup diced mushrooms (or can of mushrooms)
2 tbsp. hoisen sauce
4 chinese sausage (diced up - if available)
1 cup of shrimp
1 carrot (diced up)
Teriyaki sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry chicken, mushrooms, and chinese sausage in pan with teriyaki sauce. Place rice in rice cooker, with chicken broth and carrots. Once boiling, add ingredients in pan with its entire sauce along with remaining vegetables. Let cook until done. Stir immediately and let sit 5 mins. Serve with soya salt. ENJOY!
